Delivery information

Delivery is free for purchases over 75€!

At Vicuna Mode we make every effort to deliver your packages as quickly as possible, they are usually prepared the same day or the next day.

Our delivery times are: for Belgium 1 to 3 days, France 5 to 7 days, Luxemburg 3 to 5 days and Germany 5 to 7 days.

For any other place, the customer must contact our customer service. 

All our deliveries are made either to a pick-up point or to your home/office.

Home delivery:

If you choose home delivery, we will send you a confirmation email and later another email with the order tracking number with a link to the carrier’s website when your order leaves the warehouse. Finally, the carrier will inform you by sending an SMS or an email the delivery date of your order.

Delivery to a pick up point:

If you choose a pick up point delivery, your order will be delivered to the relay point of your choice. You will first receive an email with the order tracking number to follow the progress of the order. Finally, an email will be sent, indicating that your package is at the pick-up point you have chosen. You will therefore have to present yourself with the email we sent you and your identity card.

We kindly ask you not to refuse the delivery. The refusal will be included in the usual shipping costs and will include the return costs.
